Pre-Forclosure home buys?
Has anybody heard of this website ?http://www.homeaccessusa.com/
They claim you can buy a home in pre-forclosure 30-50% below market value, with no credit check, no income or job verification, no loan applicatican because you’ll be taking the owners’s loan since he or she can’t pay it and they will transfer over the title and deed to you…..Is this a scam…..is unreal?? Can someone please help me?
Oh and btw-it cost $198 to sign up for there pre-forclosure list..
Since loans are not assumable and no one gives loans without any kind of identification or verification I would say scam….but I will look.
Also, no bank is going to take a 70% hit. This will not happen, they will sit on for a decade before they do that.

I was suprised to find that this is a real business.
However, it appears they are ripping people off and running a scam. The Better Business Bureau rates them an F. As in, only a FOOL would think about contacting them. They have a whopping 107 complaints against them that are not resolved!
